5 x Burpees (pushup with jump over head hand clap)
10 x Squats
10 x Pushups
10 x Sit-ups
Lunge Walk (20m)
Run (200m)
Do this 6 times multiplying the reps as follows:

1 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 1

Note: Insert a 45 second water break if needed in between the tripler run throughs
